The problem with herbal medicines is that ones that might be good, or at least harmless, for one condition, might be bad for another condition. I would go with what your vet says, not online testimonials.

I noticed that Chase Farm Veterinary Hospital has specialists in oncology, internal medicine, etc., so hopefully your regular vet is working in consultation with the other specialists.

The liver enzyme levels from September, especially the Alkaline Phosphatase, are through the roof. If the current levels are not improved, you definitely need to consider what is going on with the liver. If a liver is diseased, it does not simply get better unless the underlying cause is cured.
