Do you have an option of another vet? Is there an experienced breeder near that can help you? Have you had x-rays done to see how many pups there are? IMO this vet is being very casual about this. Mine would have administered oxytocin and if she is still suffering inertia, c-section to get the others out. I wouldn't be hanging around waiting.
sorry if I'm making you worried, I just don't want you to lose more pups or mom.
