She looks just like my Duchess and Duchess is definitely a yorkie (and mischievous as hell).
My last yorkie I think was a silky. From what I understand, silkies have more rectangular bodies and yorkies have square bodies, Silkies have a longer snout and the ears are closer together I think.
My Brandi had a rectangular body with a long snout and her ears were close together and sat of the top of head as opposed to on the sides. Either way, I love both breeds. I did read somewhere silkies are having declining numbers, not sure how true that is. |
