Loki knows play dead and that always gets a big reaction from the crowd so he will randomly do it. It's like he knows it's the cutest and he gets a big treat for it so he will do it even if I ask for something BORING like a high five. I swear he's thinking "No no, I want to do this trick. This trick gets me food! Do I get food now? No? I'll do it again hold on. Ok now food??"  Yorkies are so smart. |
OK I must admit that I am a bit jealous. How do you teach your dog a trick in like 10 minutes? It took my 10 month old 1 month to learn sit and I started teaching him to give me paw with the clicker and it's been 2 weeks now and nothing yet. Why is my poor little guy such a slow learner?
