I am so sorry...you have been through a lot.

No, we truly can't stop it all ... reminds me of something I love that helped me through a sudden death of one of my fosters. Even though it wasn't my fault, I struggled with it and blamed myself .... this was a God send to me. He died of collapsed trachea like the one in this article....but, I have read it so many times since as it could fit any loss...
