  Biting and other behavioural issues are seen in puppies that aren't with their birth parents until 12 weeks. It's too bad you didn't wait another 3 weeks. In the time Jenny could have been with her Yorkie mommy, she would have learned that biting is not okay. 
But since that's not possible anymore, you'll have to be firm in training her. Try doing a loud yelp if she bites. Even if it doesn't hurt. Let her know she has hurt you. Then give a firm "NO!".  
Don't let any bite go unannounced that it's painful and not okay. Your body parts are not chew toys. Waiting it out won't work. It's imperative that you train her out of it, no matter how cute she may be.
