Why not cut to the chase just go to an internal med specialist? They opt to do a lot of stuff but get to the bottom of things SO much faster. When your vet did blood work did she send a GI Panel out to A&M ?

I still believe BATs should be done and shunt ruled out before going really far like scoping which is often what it takes to nail this kind of thing down. But, of course, it is just one pet owner's opinion that could be far off base.
