They are prone to issues with the collateral ligament in the shoulder. My ortho surgeon told me that years ago, but I had never seen one...until now. One of my foster is having issues and I thought (as did my vet) that it was cervical neck/neuro. He was obviously having shoulder issues, but we thought it was referred. Anyway...took him to neuro and she said that while he might have underlying issues neurologically, the shoulder is right now a major issue that must be eval by ortho. I have an appointment on Thursday. If your vet has not xrayed her leg and shoulder, I suggest you get it done...
Oh, and he also has LP in both knees...so he is really walking very cattywampus like. LOL not sure on the spelling on that one.
