Sometimes when they are at the vet they get over excited and don’t really feel the pain. Back when Callie was I think around 2 she was limping on her front leg so I rushed her to the ER vet and she was walking on it but as soon as we got home she wasn’t. Took to my vet the next day and they felt around and found a spot that made her cry that the ER vet never found. Treated her with pain meds/anti inflammatory and she was still having issues. Had to go to an orthopedic specialist who also found that spot and sedated her for X-rays. Come to find out her front leg over extended when she would land after jumping. That is when we got pet stairs and after limited jumping and meds she stopped limping and it never happened again. There is also always a risk of a disc issue. Sammy had IVDD and had issues with. One of his front legs, they did steroids and anti inflammatory pain meds and it would get better. Hope you can figure out what is going on and that it’s fixable.
