Can your pup make you feel guilty? Whenever Deuce see's me doing the dress up routine in the afternoon he begins to sulk. I think it's because he knows we're going out to dinner - which excludes him. During the day he really doesn't care because he usually likes to bask in the sun or just sleep in the living room. As I get dressed he'll paw me, stretch on my legs or just sit there and look at me while I put on my make-up. Believe me he's a very independent little guy and certainly not a lap dog, only on occasion when it suits him. Of course I feel guilty when he does this. We always feed him before we leave and then take him out to potty and I give him a treat. Maybe he really wants me to get dressed faster and leave so he gets his treat?
