Hmmm...well, given the Cushings - when are you giving Vetoryl - is it every day or only on certain days? If only on certain days, are these "shaky" episodes occurring then? If so, then I'd be worrying about that titration. With my Wylie's Cushings, we always had oral Prednisone (10mg) on hand in case his Cushings meds ever caused a lack of cortisol that went too far. Was that considered and ruled out...?
