Hotmail/MSN/Outlook does NOT make it easy to report advertising scams. This is the best reporting link I could come up with: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/repo.../?locale=en-US

I reported them by the name of their website and their website URL. If anyone else wants to try to report them, it would be appreciated.
