Each one is rated for the size of the dog that it can hold. The one I linked to holds dogs up to 11 pounds, so it should hold Joey and would definitely hold Bella. The reviewers warn people NOT to get one that is too large, because the dog can't stick its head out and the top pinches closed, cutting off air circulation. You should check with the site you are considering purchasing from and ask them which size would be the most appropriate for Joey. Better to be safe than sorry!
