I do the same with Zeke. Since he has only been here for two weeks I practice his "stay" while cooking. My kitchen is tiny and there is too much of a possibility of burns from the oven.
So, I have him sit on the threshold and then tell him to stay. And, I actually use tiny pieces of cheese as his reward at times. |
