It's almost impossible to know. I wish there was a better answer for you, but there really isn't. As far as coat type, that you could possibly be able to guess from the parents. Make sure neither parent has a nice silky coat if you're not looking for the typical show dog coat. Otherwise you won't get the wooly look. As far as color, you'll just have to hope you get what you want.
