  If you would like a copy of my adoption forms which the adopter has to sign please PM me with your email address.  It sounds like you want to do what rescue likes to do.  When we would adopt a dog out we would go over the rules and make the people sign them.  One of the requirements is that the dog has to come back to rescue if the people don't want them anymore.  We also keep our name on the micro-chip so if the dog got picked up by the pound we would know and could get them out.  Just let me know.
