It was essential for Oliver to learn how to use the stairs because his litter box is upstairs and the TV is downstairs ( ilive with boys so that's where we always are! haha) Oliver was really scared the first couple of days (at about 8 or 9 weeks of age)
At the time, he was too small to get down each stair- but I wanted to introduce them early on- so I inticed him with a treat and let him use my arm or thigh to climb to the sequencial step. It worked really well! Soon he was braving those steps all on his own (at about 11 or 12 weeks) He may be a little bit on the bigger side so maybe it was just a little easier for him- or maybe he's just fearless!
