I'd contact them and then ask if they're preparing to show at any dog shows this year and then meet them in person. And if they don't have puppies - that's okay! Meet them in person and then ask for referral to another reputable breeder who might have puppies available. If they're good, you may need to go on a waiting list.
As LadyJane warned, be very weary about anyone contacting you to sell you puppies because of your post! These days, there are many many brokers who claim to be something they're not.
