The vet called a few hours ago; Valley Fever wouldn't have been back today- it takes a few days to come back. Any way, I'm trying to stay positive and not freak out, but her bloodwork was unremarkable which puts something unlikely that we tested for (addisons) but, that we could do the full test. Because it was fine, they checked and the radiologist said she has a potential thinning of her (gosh insert something around the esophagus) but that they weren't positive. The vet thinks it's benign membrane irritation, and that it's unlikely she has collapsed trachea in the beginning stages. I'm going to focus on the fact that she had a definite cough and that the radio was doing their job thoroughly, and take the vet's expert opinion. She's on a med already that will treat this IF it comes up, and I have to continue to tell myself this. This has been something that has freaked me out since day one that can happen with our little guys, so I can't go down that rabbit hole UNLESS it comes to pass. I will update you with chews valley fever results.
