I hear you and agree. Different people work at different locations. Not all are equal. NJ does not license groomers. I wish they did as well as had health inspectors check them out as they do beauty salons.

I understand. If you need to have your pet groomed professionally, then the best course of action is to look for reviews and recommendations, and then check out the location in person. There is always a risk with a professional groomer, so once you find a good one, try to stick with it if at all possible. (I realize that your regular groomer was booked up and you had to find an alternative.)

At our Petsmart, we can always book with Bella's previous groomer by name. They don't assign the groomers randomly.
