I am still upset concerning an incident the week before Christmas. My regular groomer who I was not happy using was booked. I called and called groomers in the area hoping to find someone to use in the future. I never needed a groomer before this year when I adopted Senior yorkies. Previously and still I have collies who I maintain myself. They are therapy dogs who must be bathed and groomed very often. I bathe my yorkies but shaving, scissoring, etc. are well beyond me.

I finally decided to call Petsmart thinking hair grows, but not considering danger to them. Only last week did I learn that at that place on the day one of my yorkies was there, Smuggles, a bulldog, died there. Moreover, later that week a shih tsu also died at the same place. A third was injured. I live six miles away and never heard a thing. My friend in Michigan somehow found it on the internet and called me,

I am so unnerved and urge other uninformed dog owners to read about the incident and consider choices they might make in the future.
