You might look on the YTCA web site. They list breeders but you will have to have the dialogue with any individual breeder you want to work with.
Also, go to a dog show in your area and talk to,the Yorkie folks who are showing their dogs there.
Breeders who are showing their dogs are often more into bloodlines than those who do not.
