I guess we read that post differently ... I don't have first hand knowledge of what happened....just going by that post BUT i will tell you that, as a rescuer myself, I would not take a parvo puppy into my home. Especially one that young....it would be admitted .. period. Maybe this person didn't know it was parvo...but if a puppy died that quickly something was very wrong and I wonder why parvo wasn't suspected. (unless it was and someone rolled the dice...I don't know. All I know is it is very very sad)
I'm not saying I agreed with her decision at all. I was just pointing out not all parvo cases are hospitalized at the vet and with parvo it can take a drastic turn on the drop of a pin so saying the puppy died that night doesn't really prove anything I've seen puppies who looked like they were on their death beds make a full recovery and I've seen the opposite with puppies who seemed fine and just dropped out of nowhere. But what's done is done harping on someone and making them feel bad isn't going to reverse the decision all it's going to do is run them off which sadly is what happened.
