I ask here as I honestly forgot what the vet said last time. I will call in advance, but for humans they always seem to need fasting. I just thought the vet might have the same mindset and suggest fasting. If so I need to know what tests really need fasting. For most dogs fasting is no big deal, but for mine, he really needs food frequently or he gets sick.

Thanks. Callie doesn't do good fasting either she sometimes throws up bile. The only blood work I had to fast her for was the test for Cushings and that's a special test. I always have to fast for my own and I hate it because my stomach does not like being empty.
