Hi!! I took a look at the website and I personally would not buy a puppy from that site.
I would actually try to attend a local dog show. This website lists any dogs shows that are happening throughout Canada. Take a look and see when the next show will be nearby your city. Attend a show and try to talk to the Yorkie breeders. Ask them if they have available puppies or ask them for recommendations. It's always better to ask reputable breeders in person than rely on some website online.
