Actually, she apparently has adopted to people out of state. I know of one in Hilton Head, so I am not really totally clear on that policy.
Very sad if indeed these pups were purchased from a breeder. I guess it sort of explains a post in the breeder forum.
So many pups dying in shelters, be d***ed if I would be buying any.
