Thanks all. I spoke to the Vet and she suggested adding FlortiFlora for the next week to see if it helps.

After that if no change call and will re-evaluate possible stool sample. She said as long as it is not diarrhea she is not that overly concerned. She said than we may have to weigh the pros and cons of being on a Kidney friendly diet vs. his old food.

He is not only any other medications at the moment. He has very early stages kidney failure but it has not progressed. We got back in March for his 6 month check up to redo blood work and urine sample. The vet suggested the K/D to start to help preserve the kidney function.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I am giving it this week to see how he does.
