I’ve heard of soft poop occurring for dogs when put on a prescription diet like the brand you mentioned. Actually I think it will happen with any food change, unless it’s a change to a raw diet which makes the poops very firm right away. I don’t have any experience with it cause none of my dogs have been put on a prescription diet before. So I don’t know if it’s a cause of concern, just wanted to say that I’ve heard of it happening to others. I don’t know if there’s an expectation that the poop is supposed to firm up with the passage of time, and a month I think is certainly long enough to see it firm up if it’s supposed to on that prescription diet. Hopefully someone with experience with that issue can comment.
