Loose leash walking can be a tricky one! You can practice indoors too with heeling type activities but I know it's an entirely different ballgame once you're outside with distractions and smells.
The wind makes cold days so much worse. Joey is my tiny thin haired one so he gets very cold very easy so it more about him freezing then me. Penny came to use almost afraid to walk on a leash and never pulls and Callie is old and chill now. Joey is not so much either lol. I'm sending him over to you for training lol.
