My 2 have been so bored. We go out in like 10 min increments, if that lol. I don't mind cold weather per say but when the wind chill is like -5 etc, it's just no fun haha. As long as it's like 34 degrees F+ (with no wind), I can usually bear with it, but any colder and I'm just like not having fun.

Loose leash walking can be a tricky one! You can practice indoors too with heeling type activities but I know it's an entirely different ballgame once you're outside with distractions and smells.
