Welcome to YT, I take pictures using my IPhone which need to be downsize to post on YT.
Any pictures I take with my cell I always upload to my computer.
Using a computer this link will allow you to resize photos to post on YT.
I have included step by step instructions
Resize Photos Online - The Free and Easy Way to Shrink Photos and Compress Jpeg Pictures
1-Top of page CLICK resize photo
2-STEP 1-Select photo click double click to open
3-STEP 2 change pixels to 400 or 500 set QUALITY to 65 or 75 %
4-Click up load and resize photo (this may take a while)
when it finishes
5-Click apply setting and generate photo
6-Click down load image
7-Click on SAVE this will save in the download folder
Short cut pics will not resize
Step 3- I use pixel size 600…quality at 65% to post pictures on YT
