Sounds like Mr. Murphy is a typical yorkie, always getting into mischief lol Yorkies are very high energy dogs, they need a lot of exercise whether its a romp in the yard or zooming through the house. They are filled with personality and have big dog attitude. It's good that your girl is showing him what is and is not acceptable.
As long as Mr. Murphy has had all his vaccines you can take him to the groomer.
