This is something I have seen lately in my neck of the woods, people requesting "teacups" that can do "tricks", so called "Misa Mini" effect, then dissapointed to see them grow big and the rejecting them when they turn out to be "huge" and "without manners". I suspect I got to adopt my pup as he was rejected for this and I got the opportunity to include this little rebel in my family.
