My, my, my, that is one adorable 100% yorkie. Weight means nothing when it comes to a yorkie. My last girl weighed in at 17 pounds, pure AKC registered yorkie, just a big but sleek girl. Yorkie standard weight is 5 to 7 pounds, so her baby is in that weight range but could put on a couple of pounds. Your sis may think all yorkies are wee lil mites, and reason for her thinking she not pure yorkie. Tell your sis to put her mind at ease, she has a absolutely adorable pure yorkie. Soon she'll be hit with yorkie fever and want another one lol, make sure she researches reputable breeders that breed for "standard" yorkies, beware of any breeder that state the words "Tiny or T-cup" these are not reputable breeders. Please stick around and post pics as this baby grows.
No matter what size she becomes, she will still have that yorkie personality and big dog attitude.
