 My Gidget is gone
I am heartbroken. We lost our little girl Gidget yesterday but we fought the good fight. She was diagnosed about 2 years ago with congestive heart failure and a collapsed trachea. She was on several medications. We did every thing to keep her happy and healthy. The last couple years she had been traveling with us camping style ocean and mountains.
I got up for work yesterday and she would only stand and was struggling to breathe. I called off and was at the vet before she was there. It was so hard but the vet said there was nothing else we could do. Gidget would be 14 in the fall. I am missing her so bad. It hurts so bad. I have a Bernese mountain dog and he is so mopey. He misses her too. I can't seem to dry my tears. I miss her so much. What joy we had |
