The vet said it isn't genetic... It's congenital. I get those two words mixed up. I know the breeder and the dog she offered me actually came from two dogs she purchased from a breeder who retired who I know was good. Plus, all of Zoe's siblings are fine. I'm friends with my vet personally and she takes care of Zoe's siblings, parents and even her grandmother. I have met them all. Beautiful and healthy. I have known the breeder for 4 years and my mom and sister have healthy dogs from her.

He is beautiful and healthy so far.
