HOA does not allow fencing in front of homes, I have a 4 foot high fence in the back, but have 3 gated arbors, he messes with the back also. The back of my house is all wooded, no neighbors behind me, so he can do what he wants and no one sees him, and he does 85% at night after every one is asleep, he's on workmen's comp. so he has no 9 to 5 to go to. The damage he did to my car was during the day while I was away from the house, close neighbors work so a quick walk across my driveway and a fast whack at my car is all it takes. If the net gear cameras taped faster, I would need 6 cameras 3 for back, 3 for front, with 2 base stations, that's over $2000.I would invest just to catch him in the act, but the cameras are to slow to react.
