Terriers have short attention span, reason why short training gets the best results, especially if they are food motivated. Spending 15 minutes on one training session a terrier has already lost interest and not focusing on what you're trying to teach them. I train 6-7 times throughout the day, just 5 to 7 minutes and reward when he gets it right, my kiddo wants that one lil kibble so he's focused on me. By the end of the night 40 / 45 minutes and he has learned something new. Every night at 8PM is treat time, I put him through every command and trick he has learned and then he gets his Wellness treat. Nothing in life is free (NILIF) is the method I use. A tip I learned from YT members.
