ACA is not a reputable registry and only no reputable breeders and puppy mills use it. You can by easily register mixes with the ACA. The AKC is reputable and not easy to fake. No Yorkie puppy should ever leave their mom until 12 weeks. This absolutely does not sound like a reputable breeder.
