I just googled Scooby Pet Salon, this is a grooming salon, how are they selling puppies? big RED FLAG, sounds like a BYB (back Yard Breeder) to me. I would stay away from them especially if they are offering you ACA papers, these are worthless papers, they mean nothing.
Do not buy because the are selling puppy cheap, what you "think" you are saving may cost you 3 x's the amount in vet bills for a sick puppy.
