What I can tell you is, if they are selling a 7 week old puppy they are NOT a Reputable breeder. A Reputable breeder keeps puppies with their momma and litter mates until they are 12 to 13 weeks old. In this time period the momma is teaching her babies many things, like bite inhibition, socialization plus many other things, which make transitioning to new home less stressful on a new puppy.

ACA is a puppy mill registry that will register anything, even a kitchen table.

AKC registers purebred dogs. When a litter of puppies is born, the breeder sends a form into the AKC to register the litter. If both parents are in the AKC database, the AKC assigns registration numbers and issues the number of puppies that the breeder states are in the litter.
