So sorry you lost your baby, I sure know how devastating that is, but happy to know you are ready for a new baby in your life. It is hard to find a good breeder but you might try the breeder referral section on The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America web site. You may also consider an older pup or dog that the breeder has held back for showing etc and it had some minor defect that would not maytter for a pet.
