Do those prices include pre surgery blood work? That is extremely important. You really have to go with what feels right for you. Here in Maryland where it is very expensive I paid $800 for my 10 year olds dental and one tooth had to be pulled. I would make sure they have some way of keeping her temp. up like a heated table or warmers and I would make sure that someones job is just to monitor her vitals. I would also make sure they put an IV cath in that way if something does happen which is not normal they can help right away and don't have to take the time to put one in. Also I would do fluids.
