The only stipulation was that a charitable human(s) agreed to feeding them. It doesn't get really cold where we live so our barn provided shelter for many. We fed them kitty kibble plus they had free hunting rights to barn rats. These cats were never pets, but we had mutual respect for each other and all benefited from the arrangement. In fact we still have two, sometimes three who visit regularly.

Go for it, be a kind person.
Thank you. I've always been an animal lover and if I think an animal is suffering i will try to do something to alleviate it if I can. However I don't think these two are suffering. But I do want to provide them a warm place to stay. My neighbor told me she has been feeding them for a few years. I live on a quiet block with just a few of us and these two cats are apparently care for by the neighbors so I might as well do my part too. I just found out they have been around for a few years. It's good knowing my neighbors care for and love animals as much as I do. And I have to admit these two cats literally walk around like they own the block.....lol. Drives my dog crazy. I will try to get a video of how they love to taught Miss Duchess.
