I don't remember March 17 blizzard but that's not unusual cause we work 24/7 during those months, lol, yes very possible it was that bad. We have even had blizzards in April and May...not that often but it has happened. "Usually " by the time we are out of March we are done with the double digit temps and high wind chill which makes it feel like 10 below. So when it gets back to 30-35 it feels like spring, lol. End of March is usually around 30ish...that's why my countdown is January thru March...April we can start to see 40s....but March thru May can be very tricky temp and weather wise.
Are you up north also?
