All my puppies, when ever I went out I always bought something home for them. I would toss the bag on the floor and incite them into ripping the bag open to get their surprise, they enjoyed tearing the bag to shreds more then their surprise lol. Now I had a 3 yo and a 9 month old and wrapped gifts under the tree, and off to work I went. When I came home alllllll the gifts were ripped open lol, my fault for teaching them lol. All I could do was laugh at the mess they made. When # 3 and 4 were gotten sure I taught them to rip open their surprise. At Christmas time I blocked off the tree and never a gift was left again under the tree lol.
I have not taught Cody to rip his surprises open, lesson well learned lol.
