He looks Yorkie to me, he may grow to be bigger then standard Yorkie weight 5 to 7 pounds. All my yorkies were 9 pounds and over, my last now passed girl tipped the scales at a whapping 17 pounds, all had that squared off face, 2 had floppy ears 2 were straight ears. Shave off the hair on his ears, hair is weight, weight can cause the ears to not stand up, if you can't shave his ears then cut hair off the tips of his ears, at 13 weeks he is teething this can also slow down his ears standing straight. I believe he is full Yorkie but will be a bigger one not a 5 pounder.
