Hi, you can switch your puppy to raw diet right away. Darwins & Stella & Chewy's have complete diets (I feed Primal & occasionally do DIY raw.).
For growing puppies, you need to feed 10% of their body weight. But you still need to make sure they're gaining weight steadily. It also depends on their activity level, if very active, feed a little more than the recommended amount.
When I 1st started on raw diet, I weighed them once a week. Made sure they were not losing too much too fast or gaining weight. They all needed to shed about a pound or 2. Rapid weight loss is not good for them, so slow & steady.
