Could it be genetic? Like I said I've owned many unfixed males and so have my family members and we've never had a problem. Just asking because if it could be genetic that would be another really good reason to just fix the male and buy another dog. Also with him being enlarged I would imagine it would make breeding him naturally a bit of a challenge especially if the female is on the smaller side.
