If you can not afford to properly care for her, you really should turn her over to someone who can....or a yorkie rescue. Who did you "adopt" her from? I cannot imagine someone adopting a dog out to someone in such sick shape. So sad.

The testing really needs to be done. There are so many things that this could be...she may have bladder stones and she also have a liver shunt and if so, needs surgery to repair it! Yorkies sometimes don't show the typical signs of a congenital shunt and will develop urate stones as adults. I had that happen to one of mine. This baby does not need homeopathic or palliative care...she needs to have the tests done and treatments or surgery done as needed.
Please do the right thing and find someone to help her!
